3. If special processes such as graphite and ceramics are required, due to the characteristics of graphite and ceramic materials, the processing dust is large and easy to enter the guide rail. The machine tool needs to be fully enclosed and sealed. Therefore, the machine tool needs to be specially modified for this type of processing model, and a special vacuum cleaner needs to be installed.

4. After processing on the same day, all machine tools need to be turned off. If you only turn off the shutdown button, just turn off the system power supply, and the transformer and driver are still in working state, long-term power on will accelerate the aging of electronic components. Once the machine tool is powered on, lightning, etc. will easily lead to the damage of electronic components.

5. Regularly check the oil cooling oil indicator and clean the filter cotton frequently.

6. Clean the oil tank regularly. Prevent the cutting slag from settling at the bottom of the oil tank, resulting in failure to pump oil, and the cutting slag may also enter the oil pump, damage the seal of the oil pump and cause oil leakage. It is recommended to clean the mailbox once a week.

7. The tool setting instrument shall be covered as much as possible in the processing process to prevent cutting slag from entering the tool setting instrument and affecting the tool setting accuracy.
